NEW DELHI — The Delhi government has unveiled a comprehensive draft policy outlining its ambitious strategy for electric vehicle adoption between 2026 and 2030, a pivotal move designed to drastically curtail air pollution and accelerate the capital's transition towards sustainable urban mobility.
